UKAS 试点项目更新 – 2013年7月
随着对涉及供应给新的核电站的部件进行检验的申请企业或对现有核电站进行运行中检查的申请企业试点计划的宣布，UKAS申请企业的试点评审现在已经开始。
将进行的评估以国际检验标准ISO / IEC 17020为依据。认证的范围将仅限于目前申请企业积极从事的检验活动和能够向UKAS展现其竞争能力的检验活动,。
试点计划申请企业包括：
AMEC Inspection Validation Centre
Bureau Veritas UK Limited
Lloyds Register Apave Ltd
TUV UK Limited
这些评估将在接下来的6-9个月继续进行，在成功完成评估后，将于2014年中宣布对申请认可的检验机构的认可。
Accreditation for Nuclear Inspection
UKAS Pilot Project Update – July 2013
Following the announcement of a pilot programme leading to accreditation of applicants involved in performing inspection of components supplied to new nuclear power plants or those who perform in-service inspection in existing nuclear power plants, the UKAS pilot assessments of applicants have now commenced.
The assessments will be conducted against the international standard for inspection ISO / IEC 17020. The scope of accreditation will be limited to those inspection activities that the applicants are currently actively involved in and are able to demonstrate competent performance to UKAS.
The applicants to the pilot programme are (in alphabetical order):
AMEC Inspection Validation Centre
Bureau Veritas UK Limited
Lloyds Register Apave Ltd
TUV UK Limited
The assessments will continue over the next 6 -9 months and following successful assessments the accreditation of applicant inspection bodies is expected to be announced in mid-2014.
